Comments rssOk, all of the links are up and working and there aren’t any audio sync issues. It only took me about 36 hours from the first torrent release, so I say I didn’t do too bad for as many problems as I had. Next week there won’t be nearly as much of a delay, since I know what to do and where to put it all.
On another note, I’m going to agree with the admin, this series is moving very quickly. It’s already up to about Chapter 41 of the manga, and it has skipped ahead on some things. All in all, I’d say that it will be about the same length as the first one, which I think is both good and bad. They’re going to cut out some of the details of the manga, but at least we don’t have to worry so much about the kind of filler you see in Naruto and Bleach.
And one last thing, Abbi will probably pick up the slack on things like Opening and Ending theme downloads and lyrics, if the admin doesn’t end up having time. She is a bit of a music nut, so the admin may not have enough time to do it before she does. The lyrics page may look funny for a couple hours later this week, when we try to put the english lyrics side-by-side with the japanese-romanji.
That’s all for now. I’ll leave any other kind of episode commentary to Manic, as that is not my specialty.

This week’s episode for Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood is out and subbed in English by Tomodachi and Asunosubs this week. And again, Eclipse are late with their release this week. I’m not sure what happened at Eclipse, probably they’re short on staff or something, because they “used” to be very fast with Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood releases. :/
Anyways, you can still watch and download the episode with equally quality subs from Tomodachi and Asunosubs! Only MKV is available at the moment. The other formats will follow shortly. All the other requests will be taken care of AFTER this week’s episode uploads (in various file formats) has been taken care of.
And also, look out for the big announcement from this site shortly!! (HINT: We’re looking for staff!!)
Oh, one more thing I should say here is I think it isn’t going to be too long until Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood ends. I’m actually quite disappointed on how the series is going right now. They’ve cut so much from the original manga. I think I was much more satisfied reading the manga than watching the animated story. They left many small but interesting parts in the manga, making the anime less interesting than the manga.
And seeing how the series is going, I think it wouldn’t pass 51 episodes like the first Full Metal Alchemist (which lasted until 51 episodes plus a movie). Right now at episode 18, they’ve already shown 2nd Lt. Maria Ross’ hideout and Xerxes ruins. Hey, the story is progressing TOO FAST and it left out many parts in the manga, and at this rate it’s gonna end very quickly!
Urrggh.. they should save the 2nd Lt. Maria Ross thing for a bit later to keep it more interesting! >:(

Hello again, people. Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood episode 17 is here. The episode has been subbed in English and we’re using Eclipse’s subs this week, since they are quick this week and it seems that most of you like their work better. So here it is. The episode can now be watched and downloaded from our site (check the links at the bottom of the post).
